YOUNG PEOPLE AT NORCAN
THE FUTURE OF NORCAN
Today, Norcan is convinced that the company has a real role to play in preparing young people for their entry into the world of work. This is why it is committed to training young people through apprenticeships or internships. Since 2021, the Norcan group has accelerated its desire to take part in the integration of young people. In fact, Norcan and SMR currently have no fewer than 12 apprentices on their staff. A class of 6 new apprentices has just seen the light of day at the start of the school year.
All services are affected: production, technical services, maintenance, finance, logistics, IT, marketing, HR, etc.
The Norcan group aims to integrate as many work-study/trainees as possible on a long-term basis at the end of their training.
